Grounds & Landscaping

Community Landscape Services mow the grounds approximately every 2-3 weeks, prunes shrubs/bushes 3x/year,  installs mulch 1x/year, and removes leaves in the late fall/early winter.

The Association prides its status as a garden-style condominium and works with unit owners/residents to install plantings and shrubs to keep every unit beautiful.
